Refund Policy

  • Full Refund (minus ~10% fees):
    A full refund, less transaction and course development costs (typically 10% of the total fee), is available if requested at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the term.

  • 70% Refund:
    A 70% refund is available if the request is made less than 2 weeks before the term begins.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions:
    A 65% refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the first session.
    No refunds will be issued once the first session has been delivered.

  • Group Sessions:
    Due to discounted group pricing, refunds are not available after the first session has been conducted.

Service Fulfillment Guarantee

If PL Learning is unable to fulfill its teaching obligations (e.g., instructor unavailability, course cancellations, health-related issues), students will receive a refund for any unused portion of the term, unless they choose to transfer to another instructor.
