Return and Refund Policy

-Full refund available minus transaction and course development costs (usually 10% of fee) if requested 2 weeks prior to term start.

-70% refund available if requested less than 2 weeks prior to term start.

-65% refund available if canceling 72 hours before the first session for 1-1 study. Once first session is delivered, no refund.

-For group sessions, refunds are typically not available after the first session has been delivered due to group discount pricing.

In the event that PL Learning fails to fulfill our teaching obligations (e.g. teacher unavailable for term, cancellation of all remaining courses, health situation, etc.), PL Learning will refund the remaining balance of the term to students for any unprovided services if students wish not to transfer to another instructor.
